Collecting Personal Information via DocuSign PowerForm

I understand that you need to send forms to 50 individuals in order to gather personal information, which you then want to consolidate into a single CSV or Excel file. Please know that I'll gladly assist you with this.

You are correct that you can utilize PowerForm to accomplish your objective and download the responses, which can be exported into one consolidated CSV file. From the PowerForms List, you can download the form data from the envelopes initiated from your PowerForms. When you download the form data, you get a CSV file containing the data collected by the PowerForm for all of the envelopes you sent.
