Change user permissions

Question

Hi everyone!

We want to create templates but we don't have a administrator role. I believe we then can still create templates but we need to have specific permissions. How can our administrator change our permissions so that we can create and change our own templates?

Hi @Sophie de GriesI’d suggest:Your admin create a new custom permission profile called something like ‘Template creator’When doing so, they should select the ‘Share’ permission level in the ‘Template section. @Sophie de GriesYour administrator needs to set up a new permission profile and assign you as users to it.It is probably best to make a copy from the “DS Sender” profile and update the “Templates” dropdown from “Use” to either “Create” or “Share”.
