Hello, I need to provide a certificate of completion to the dmv for signing my contract for my purchased vehicle using docusign. Carvana is the company and they have not been able to assist me with retrieving the document. Please help!

If you still have the DocuSign Completed email notification, you can retrieve the Certificate of Completion by following these steps:
- Open the DocuSign Completed email and click on the "Review Documents" link.
- In the browser window that opens, click on "Other Actions."
- From the dropdown menu, select "View Certificate" to access the Certificate of Completion.
- Once the certificate renders in your browser, you can save or print it for your records.
