Hi, I have sent an agreement that has 4 directors whom also need to assign a witnesses. I’ve had 3 directors and witnesses sign the agreement, lets call them A, B, & C directors and witnesses. I have just been informed the fourth director’s (director D) email address is incorrect. Do directors A.B & C need to resign the document if I update director D’s email address?

No, if you correct the envelope and change the email address of recipient 4, it has no impact on the other 3 recipients that have already signed and they do not need to sign the document again. Only if you void the envelope and start a completely new transaction, everyone needs to sign again.
