Bulk Send does not show custom fields defined in the template
Greetings,
I’m trying to use the bulk send functionality to create and send multiple contracts that require custom fields based on the recipient. The bulk send sounds perfect for that.
I’ve created a template with one Role named Employee and a few fields for testing (one text, one number), changed the Data Labels on both to Titula and Plata respectivally. After saving the Template, I click on Use → Bulk Send → Upload CSV and when uploading the CSV I get an error message with the custom fields specified.
It pulls the Name and Email correctly, it ignores the other two. Any ideas?

Figured it out on my own, you can only use TEXT fields, nothing else it seems.
hi there, I’m in a similar situation. I need to have 100 different letters, all with different names and values. The names are going in but my column with the value amount I cannot figure out what did you mean by text only?
