Hey Community! Wondering if anyone can help ?! My organisation is considering attaching .PDF’s to our ‘Completion’ emails...so they would be made available to our recipients in a more convenient method. I have found a DocuSign article which states “For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB. If the completed documents are larger than 5MB, the email provides a link to the documents on the Docusign system.”...BUT when we have tested, a document over 5mb was not attached (expected & as per the text above) - But a doc UNDER 5mb was also not attached? We were hoping the doc under 5mb would be attached as a .pdf. Has anyone encountered this issue or had experience operating the Completion email attaching the docs as .PDF’s Please? Tks in advance.

Yes!...exactly as you say...a completed document is under 5mb and is still not being attached to the email notification as a .PDF ?!
