Inquiry About Project Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Process for SI Partners

We recently had a customer ask if there is an external evaluation system where they could rate our System Integration Consultant services. They were eager to provide a top-score review based on their experience working with us.

This reminded me of the Project Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metric outlined in the FY26 DocuSign Tiered Partner Program Guide for SI Partners. However, I couldn’t find details on whether there is an online form or an automated process where customers can conveniently submit feedback.

I believe that if there’s an easy way for customers to submit reviews, they would be happy to participate. Not only does this help partners track customer satisfaction, but it also serves as a valuable reference for future customers evaluating DocuSign SI Partners.

Does DocuSign provide a formal process or a link where customers can directly submit their CSAT ratings for projects? If not, what would be the best practice for collecting and reporting these scores?
