Got an error message: “Something’s gone wrong” when reply the thread in community

I just encountered an issue while replying to a Community thread—after spending time carefully drafting my response on my phone, I got a “Something’s gone wrong” error, and everything was lost.

 

Since work keeps me busy, I often rely on fragmented time to engage in the Community via mobile. Losing a well-thought-out response can be frustrating and discouraging. It would be great to have an auto-save feature to prevent this issue and maintain engagement.

 

Additionally, allowing users to set reply templates or save commonly used responses could enhance the mobile experience. I’d also suggest that admins try using the Community platform on mobile to better understand the user experience.
