I am new to DocuSign but I am interested in anything that makes the process easier to manage for our customers.

I want to streamline the final frictionless step in our Q2C process by using the e-sig api and Maestro workflow builder to guide sales reps to send customer contracts based on the type of contract and enabling the future sending and SFDC data writeback features to boost sales productivity.

I’d like to learn how to build Maestro workflows incorporating web forms, extension apps via the app center and the Maestro API. Specifically, I’d like to learn to design and use a “New Account Opening” workflow. The basic building blocks of this use case workflow are applicable to many customer self-service applications / inquiries across multiple industries and lines of business.

I’d like to explore how to develop custom DocuSign workflows leveraging APIs, branded signing experiences, and advanced features like PowerForms and Connect for real-time updates. Specifically, I want to create a seamless filling in forms that automates document generation, signing, and post-signing actions, including cloud storage and status updates.

I would like to work more on DocuSign IAM and how we can connect app or custom app through App center. I have attended IAM workshop and i feel there is some much to explore. I build workflow on maestro, but I saw to build use where we can store the executed documents in the local storage or on the drive.

Very exciting to see everyone’s replies and where y’all are interested. Thank you for sharing, and keep the replies coming!
