FURIOUS at charges, for extremely poor experience and service

So, i signed up to Docusign today, and I need an approveal button. So I need to upgrade my plan to business standard, ok. I upgrade, and the button is still not available. Well thats a bit disingenious, so I upgrade to business pro, and get my approval button (eventually). Then I go about creating a contract, i need to get out today. And Now the emails will not send, to valid and working email addresses. 

And THEN, i find out my 400+ year a plan on Business Pro will NOT allow me to raise support cases. So tell me, how does one run a business without support despite paying these fees. 

Oh, this is bad, very bad service and experieince. 

But if any admins are moderating, please tell me how to get emails working, so I can meet my deadline today (And keep my business and customers happy)

THanks, even though I am on Business Pro plan, I get this error on the support Center. its a bit of a joke actually

 

“Your Docusign plan does not support opening cases. Find additional help resources in the Docusign Support Center or learn how to upgrade your plan to access Support.”

I have been a Docusign client for 10+ years. It used to be great. Now it is very poor, functionalities are being removed, and the $15 per month became a $400 a year without even notice. Less service, no way to contact support to get an invoice that cannot be downloaded. This is how businesses lose everything. Poor service, extreme charge and greed. Fellow realtors, remember that you have access to authentisign for free! I paid for Docusign as I used to get more and wanted to support Docusign. But now I’m having all my agents move away from Docusign as we get more, for free with Authentisign. Certainly NOT renewing Docusign this August.

With a Partner plan, the minimum commitment is 500 envelopes, but there’s no limit on the number of users you can add within your account. Users can also share the envelope pool, making it a more flexible and cost-effective option depending on your usage.

Additionally, purchasing through a Partner comes with technical support and guidance, ensuring you get the most out of your DocuSign subscription. If this sounds like something that might work for you, I’d be happy to share more details!

I appreciate your email Hengfeng. 
 

I don’t believe I received notices on price increase and only noticed this year my subscription grew to $400 a year over the years. I have less features than docusign had when it was $15/20 a month. There’s no phone number to call service when we need something. Authentisign is free. I was okay paying $20 when we had all the features available over authentisign, but at $40-60/month, without being able to even cross over text, it’s a no go. If you guys want to reduce the price to $15 a month, I may keep docusign. But $40/60 a month is outrageous.

Hi Hengfeng, I appreciate your time. I use Docusign now 2/3 times a month in average now, and am a single user. I have four agents who use their envelopes several times a week, but have already switched to authentisign because of Docusign prices. I don’t want limits on my envelopes, because I never had limits. If you bring back the fees I agreed to pay ($15/20 a month) with the line tool and some sort of discount for the years I overpaid without even knowing, I would consider staying with Docusign. But whatever it is, it needs to be a big gesture. What happened was pure greed, and bad business practice. I’ve always spoken so highly of Docusign, but clearly things have changed a lot.
