How to Reset Your Docusign Partner Portal Password

If you need to reset your password for the Docusign Partner Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Docusign Partner Portal
  2. Click Log in
  3. Select Forgot Password
  4. Enter your username
  5. Click Send Password Reset Email

If you don’t receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, your email provider, firewall, or email client (such as MS Outlook) may be blocking Docusign notifications. To ensure delivery, refer to the help article “Why am I not getting Docusign email notifications?” for a list of email addresses to add to your Safe Senders list.

 

For Admins: If you have admin permissions, you can reset passwords for your users:

  1. Log in to the Docusign Partner Portal
  2. Go to the Support tab
  3. Select Manage Portal Users
  4. Locate the user and scroll to the right for more options
  5. Click the dropdown next to their name
  6. Choose Reset Password
  7. Click Reset Password to send the reset email

If you don’t see these options, your assigned permissions may not include access to this page.
