Can't download completed documents.

You’ll have to ask the document originator for a copy, or find the “your document has been completed” email from docusign.
Does the originator get the same error? I suspect they opted in for an extra layer of security when originating the document for signatures. Some documents stored on my account download without error, like an old benefits enrollment guide from my workplace, while others (from very secure institutions that use encrypted email portals) had this exact error.
The only workaround for me was to find the “Your document has been completed” email, and use the link from the email to view the document. Unfortunately, this defeats the purpose of having an online account with these documents stored, but this sometimes works sometimes blocked functionality might be a compromise for security purposes.
