Hi, I’m trying to follow the directions below to download data from a webform, but I do not get the Download Result option when I click the menu. Any suggestions?

 

“You can download a CSV file containing all the data collected from recipients who completed a web form. You can use the CSV to analyze your data. You can also integrate the CSV with other external systems.

  1. Open the web form and at the ellipse (three dots) menu, select Download Result.

    The Downloading web form results message displays while processing the download.”

Are you the owner of the Webform?

Please try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.

Can you provide a screenshot?

Hi, thanks for your response. Here is a screenshot of what I see when I try to download. I am not the original creator of the webform.

 


I see that only the form’s creator may have this option. Is there a way to share ownership so another admin can download to  csv?

I apologize for any inconvenience, currently, there is no option to share ownership of the Web Forms, if you are not the owner have you contacted the actual owner to confirm if they have the option?
