Hello, I have a Business Pro subscription and for some reason i cant add attachment field when creating a webform. Can someone help with this issue?

Can you provide more details? Are you getting some sort of error? Are you trying to add the attachment field to the actual web form or to the template used for the web form?

Same issue, the option to add Attachement field in the web form is not available (missing). Radio button, checkbox etc is all there.

I’ve checked and it seems like you two are trying to add an Attachment field directly to the Web Form instead of importing it from a template as shown in the following article: Add or Edit Properties for a Web Forms Attachment Field
An Advanced Web Forms feature is needed to add attachment fields manually to the web form; you can also edit your template and add the field there before creating the Web Form. While creating the web form, you can import the fields to auto-populate them. Note: Some advanced features (in this case attachment fields on Web Forms) and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. For more information about which options are available for your account, contact your account administrator.
