On my old laptop when I open zipform eSign option then modify in DocuSign, it brings me straight to the prepare envelope page that has add recipients, add message, etc. without needing the emails of the recipients.

On my new computer, however, when I try to do this, it keeps giving me an error and asking for the mails of the recipients. How can I get it to just bring me to the DocuSign prepare envelope page like my laptop without needing the emails? Is it something in the settings?

This behavior is usually related to inappropriately tagged recipients in your transaction.

The tags are correct, this doesn’t seem to be the issue.

By following the steps on the guide provided, you will be able to ensure that all the necessary parties have been included before sending your envelope.
