On my old laptop when I open zipform eSign option then modify in DocuSign, it brings me straight to the prepare envelope page that has add recipients, add message, etc. without needing the emails of the recipients.
On my new computer, however, when I try to do this, it keeps giving me an error and asking for the mails of the recipients. How can I get it to just bring me to the DocuSign prepare envelope page like my laptop without needing the emails? Is it something in the settings?
