report column names look like you can click on them and resort

report column names look like you can click on them resort. the arrows change indicating change in the sort based on the column but it doesn't work. if i click on status the arrow changes but the data does not.

So there is catch. what you have to do is once you click on the column to resort then you have to click on “Run report”.
