Typically with a paper version of a CCA (Canadian Construction Association) Standard Contract, ie CCA1 I would have the owner of the company and a witness sign the contract and return to me - do I still need a “witness” signature if I am sending via docusign? thank you for any information given.

Hello @CKPC

you can add the signer with witness in which you can specify the witness or the signer can also
