Hello @Parentz,

Thank you for reaching out here, we want to welcome you to the Docusign Community, I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community.

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand that you want to know why are the numbers out of sequence where it says "Role" It starts with 1 and then 10, 11, and 12.

If you are using a template you will need to edit it to turn off the signing order, if you are creating the envelope from scratch and the signing order is set by default, your account admin will need to disable it in the account settings in the Sending Settings.

Could you provide a screenshot of the "Role"  that starts with 1 and then goes to 10, 11, and 12?

More information at:

Set a Signing Order. Envelopes with multiple recipients can have a signing order set, allowing control over the order in which recipients receive and sign documents. A visual diagram displays the distribution of the envelope to recipients. Sequential and parallel routing options are available, with the ability to route an envelope to the same person multiple times.

As an administrator, you can modify sending settings in eSignature Settings by selecting Sending Settings. Adjust the settings as needed and save the changes. Define Sending Settings
