When selecting a user as the person that needs to specify a signer, the user cannot see my merged fields. How can I fix that?

Hello,

Thank you for the information.

In the DocuSign Settings tab, there is an option called "When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients" on the Sending Settings sub-menu, is this feature enabled or not?

Yes, we want someone to be able to review the document with the merge fields, specify the singer and then the person would sign.

Hi,

Did Christopher's response help resolve your issue? I'm curious if the issue has to do with the custom field not having the "shared" setting enabled on it. Document Custom Fields

Yes he did. It was solved when I checked the "When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients" box.
