When documents are complete, why are the pdf files not available in email?

 I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to know why the envelopes are not attached to the email notification.

First please make sure that the option Attach documents to completion email is enabled in your signing settings, you will need to be an admin to access this tab.

For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB. If the completed documents are larger than 5MB, the email provides a link to the documents on the DocuSign system.
