We are trying to complete a regulatory filing, and one of the signatures (that was drawn) appears sideways on the page. It was rejected by the agency as such.  We have tried voiding the signatures and starting over, but it is always the same.  He is using a laptop computer.

does the signer have an active Docusign account? Do they get an option to change the signature when signing?: Change Your Signature

While this didn’t exactly work, it pointed us in the right direction.  When my colleague deleted his Docusign account and made a new one with a different email address, we were able to complete our filing without any problems.
