I have received a request to provide a DocuSign Manifest in order to accept electronic signature.

Any one know how to go about this?

Have you tried to present the Certificate of Completion as your DocuSign Manifest?   

The Certificate of Completion in DocuSign is an official document that provides a detailed audit trail of the signing process for a DocuSign envelope. It includes key information about the transaction and serves as evidence of the signing event. Here’s what it typically contains:

  1. Envelope ID: A unique identifier for the envelope.
  2. Signer Information: Details of each signer, including name, email address, and IP address.
  3. Document Information: Titles and details of the documents included in the envelope.
  4. Audit Trail: A detailed log of all actions taken during the signing process, such as when the envelope was created, when each signer viewed and signed the document, and any changes made.
  5. Authentication Details: Information on the authentication methods used for signers, such as email authentication, SMS authentication, or ID verification.
  6. Time Stamps: Date and time of each action, providing a chronological record of the signing process.
  7. Signature Images: Visual representations of the signatures applied to the documents.
