Hi Community,
we have the following scenario:
SSO is used within company A and the respective domain is of course claimed. In the future, 20% of users will get a new domain, as they are partly outsourced to company B. This company B is also using DocuSign so the domain is already claimed as well. So the 20% of users with the new domain can’t be included in the SSO of company A and not use their accounts with SSO. Is there any workaround how to grant/keep existing access of the 20% of users to company A account? Given it is not option for these 20% to just move to company Bs DocuSign account.
Thank you!
Hello
Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.
For SSO I recommend a case with Docusign Support or getting in contact with your account executive to schedule a meeting with our Professional Service Team, this is because the configuration might need to be reviewed and contains private identifiable information, that type of information cannot be disclosed on this public forum. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.
