Quick question, is their a way to created a tiered signing approach for a document. For example, we have an administrator that needs to sign documents, but on a timely basis, and have had some instances where they were out and couldn’t sign the needed documents, which delayed the rest of our operations. Is there a way to make it where if they can’t access their work, it could push to another person?

Unfortunately, there is no feature like this to automatically reassign to someone else, if a recipient is not responding in what you consider a timely basis.
One option could be that the sender monitors the envelopes and will reassign them manually to someone else using the “Correct” functionality.

Another option could be to create a signing group and add it instead. Then someone else can pick it up whilst the main contact is away.

Another option could be to set up a delegated signer for the main contact. This can be temporary during the absence or permanent depending on what makes most sense in your situation.
