Is it possible to obtain the "summary" of the signature of a document in docusign, other than the user who created the envelope?

Every recipient in the signature workflow is able to obtain the certificate of completion, not only the sender of the envelope. The detailed history is only available to the sender and those users in the same account that were allowed access via the Shared Access feature.
