Hello,

I’m new to DocuSign.  I cannot seem to locate an answer to my question.  I have several assignments that I will be sending to an investor. Example of the signature page attached.  It will need to be first signed by the assignor using DocuSign envelope.  The assignee will sign next and they said they can just sign manually in their office.  My company will be the GP and we will need to countersign and we can also do this manually.  Is it an acceptable process to send the envelope to the assignor and include a cc for assignee.  Will the assignee be able to print the completed document and sign and then email back to me so we can also print and countersign as GP?  I wasn’t sure if it’s acceptable to ask someone to print and sign a DocuSigned envelope.

Thanks!

Hello @vmantecon,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

When wet signatures are needed on a document, Docusign offers the option Print and Sign Documents, which will contain all the signer's events in the same envelope signing flow, To print and sign documents, complete the task in one session to avoid starting over. Open the "OTHER ACTIONS" menu from the document, select "PRINT & SIGN" if available, or choose "FINISH LATER" if not. If you encounter a dialog box called "Print & Sign: Download Document," it means the sender does not allow fax return.

In regards to the signing order, you as the sender can set who receives the envelope first, Set a Signing Order
