Signing on App without emailing

Hello, 

We are a doctors office trying to be as paperless as possible. 

We email the patient papterwork/templates prior to the appointments for patients to sign but wanted to know if there was a way for the patient’s to sign through the docusign app while in office(on the ipad) without logging into their individual emails. 

In other words, once we send out the template -- is the only way to sign through their emails? Is it possible to have a blank (non signed) template for patients to use on the docusign app without having to email it?
