Hello everyone,

I am currently checking whether we can use the product for our table tennis club instead of paper forms. When children are registered, the parents usually sign. However, in rare cases, the children may also need to sign. Is it possible for the children to sign on the same form as the parents, even if the children do not have their own email? And what about when a third person, for example, needs to sign for the account holder in the case of a direct debit? Is that also possible in some way?

Thanks in advance

Immi

Multiple people can sign on the same form.  Make each one a recipient.

Hi Denise,

but then all recipient must have an own e-mail-adress? Or how can I do this?

Immi

Nobody any idea?

@Immi

two people can sign even if they share an email address. When you fill out the envelope - just put the same email in, for example:

1st signer name: Jane Doe

1st signer email: Jane@doe.com

2nd signer name: Tommy Doe

2nd signer email: Jane@doe.com

Just let them know they will receive two notices form DocuSign - one will like to where JANE needs to sign, the other will link to where TOMMY needs to sign. They cannot sign both from one email - they need to use the designated link.

good luck
