Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

You need to be part of the signing order and send the document to be able to sign it, however, you can schedule a time to be sent to the other recipients. Meaning, you set the document up in a way that you and the other two people get the document to sign now and the other recipients at a later date, I recommend to pair this up with a signing order.
