I am an administrator, however, someone I work with is a “Sender.” This person changed her name recently and needs to changer her signature, however, when she goes into her profile, the menu on the left side of the screen is not visible. This menu is where the Signature Tab is located. Do you know why she can’t see the menu?

I am sorry to hear that your user can’t find their saved signatures, but I will help locate the root cause f the issue.

 

Based on your description of the situation, I believe your user is looking at the “My Preferences” and not the “Manage Profile” section of the user settings.

Thank you for your reply. The user was looking in their profile and took this picture showing the lack of menu on the left side of the screen.

Have you confirmed if this user has permission to sign documents in Settings>Users and Groups>Permission Profiles?
