Signature

Question

I sent a DocuSign to a parent and when mom went to sign, her ex-husband’s signature showed up.  I’m not sure how this happen as I only added mom’s name and email.

@Lori GarciaOne of the likely possibilities is the Recipient and the ex-husband at one time shared a DocuSign account that used the email address for both individuals and that may have a default signature setup.
