We have a requirement to send the DocuSign reminders on behalf of other users from salesforce.

Let us know if anybody got through a similar requirement in the past.

Hi @Shreya Gosh !

The first thing I need to mention is all reminders will be sent using the sender's name (owner of the envelope).

There is an option to send reminders on behalf of other users. This option applies if the sender is not available and you have access to the sender's envelope box. However, if you’re the sender and would like to send a reminder using another name, it's not possible!

Everything I said above can be done directly using the Docusign platform. However, I noticed that you‘d like to do this directly through Salesforce. Theoretically it is possible, but it will certainly require customization and development.
