sending envelope while copying my team

Dear Community,

just need a quick understanding if there is a way to send an envelope document for signature and receive an email from DocuSign copying my team members in that email that shows the progression of whom i have sent the envelope too ?

i have tried doing co CCing my team and they were able to see the document however they were unable for some reason to see who have i sent this document too.

Does your team want to see who you send this document after the envelope completed or before completed? all the recipients are record in the summary of the completion document. you can let they check this document.
