Screen reader is reading Just data field text and tool tips. Template contents is not readable.

Hello,

I have used MS world template to create Power Form. Added some data fields on it.

Screen Reader NVDA is reading text from data fields but not the template contents.

is it some limitations with DocuSign or is there any work out where we can make entire form redable for Screen Reader.
