Screen reader is reading Just data field text and tool tips. Template contents is not readable.

Even though Docusign eSignature will convert your document to PDF once it’s uploaded to your envelope, the application will respect your document’s formatting. Taking this into consideration, the root cause of the issue must be related to the document’s configuration. To tackle this issue I would recommend reading the guides provided below:

Make your Word documents accessible to people with disabilities
Improve accessibility with the Accessibility Checker
 Check document accessibility
