How can I retrieve a signed document from 2021?

@edool-1219 If you have a DocuSign account and it was opened at the time the envelope was sent to you or prior to that envelope then it should be located under your “Inbox” (you being a Recipient of that envelope).  When under Manage, go to the Inbox, set the Filter for “Date” to “All”.  

If you do not have a DocuSign account you could ask the Sender to provide a copy of the envelope. Lastly you could look for the email notification of envelope completion which may have the attached completed document.
