Reporting Document Custom Fields

Is this for a regular report or for Docusign Retrieve?

For regular reports currently, there is no option for pull-up reports using a document custom field, however, we are implementing the Docusign Document Data Reports, this is a new collection of reports designed to empower users with the ability to delve deep into the data captured during the signing process. These reports offer a comprehensive overview of field-level data, allowing you to gain valuable insights into how recipients interact with your documents.

Our first Document Data report is the Web Forms Data Report. We will introduce additional reports in future releases.

For Docusign Retrieve you can view the guide at Docusign Retrieve 4.2 in the Create Exports section.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. @Christopher.Alpizar Thanks for providing this information. I’m looking for something in the regular reports section. We were specifically looking for a report to list all the templates in Docusign that are using one of our document custom fields. We have hundreds of templates and didn’t want to manually look at each one to see what templates include that field.

These Docusign Document Data Reports sound pretty cool. Do you know when the next couple will release so we can keep an eye out for them?

Currently we do not have an ETA on when the new features are going to be released, however, I encourage you to review our Release Notes to stay up to date on our new releases.. Where do I find the Docusign Release Notes?
