I have sent out envelopes but the recipients are able to change their signatures. They need to add credentials but they can't do that. How do I make it so they can choose their own signature?

We offer the option of changing your signature directly in your user profile as well as during a signing session.

It is also important to note that there are a few cases in which you might not have the option to change your signature while signing, you can find them listed below:

You do not have an active DocuSign Account.

You are signing using:

  •  DocuSign Mobile Apps.
  • In-Person Signing Session.
  •  Digital Signatures/Universal Signatures (CFR part 11, etc.).
  •  Sign and Return.
  •  Sender has locked the recipient’s names.
