Hi,

My recipient has already signed in Docusign before so when she gets the email and tries to sign, it shows the old signature.  That signature is wrong, however, and she needs to change it.  She doesn’t know how and i’m not sure if she has a Docusign account to go and change.  I’m hoping she can change it in the email that Docusign sends her.  Otherwise, i have to drive to her house to have the original document signed with the correct signature.  How can she change it?  Thank you!!

Barry

If she gets a pre-populated previous signature shown, this means she does have a DocuSign where this signature was stored. She can change it while signing or in her DocuSign account, both is described below.

This DocuSign Support Article should help to change the signature.
