There are a few items you can check on your DocuSign Account, the first would be notifications. Notifications can be turned off on an individual user basis, so login and go to your Account Preferences in the upper right (circle with initials or pic) and then select My Preferences. Go to Notifications on the left and check your Recipient Notifications to see what boxes are selected. Next, verify email addresses of course and Signing Order. Notifications can only be sent to valid email and they are only sent to the current Recipient who needs to take action. It doesn’t sound like you are getting any failure notification on the envelope but I would suggest going into the Manage > Sent folder to see if there are any warnings on the envelope. Have Recipients check the Junk or Spam locations of their email inbox or other possible folders that the notification(s) may be redirected.
Lastly, create a DocuSign Support case as they can check for any potential notification rejections or undeliverable issues.
