I created a template and what to use it as a powerform. When I select create powerform it get the following error: “Cannot crete a Powerform from the selected template” .
I have created powerforms before….please help.

- No Recipients have been added to the Template. (therefore no Recipients on Powerform)
- You have a Recipient in position #1 but you have defined the Name and Email address of that Recipient. In a Powerform Recipient #1 can have a “Role” defined but the Name and Email address need to be blank because this self service envelope requires the person who starts the Powerform to fill in that information.
