Is there a way to reduce the Part 11 signature to be just the signature without the date and time for other types of signatures needed, eg Board Consent, etc.? Thank you!

The signature block for CFR Part 11 accounts cannot be changed as this is required to be compliant with the CFR Part 11 regulation, same applies for the signing reason which is mandatory for CFR Part 11 accounts.
You need a non-CFR Part 11 account to only have the DocuSign Frame around the signature. This is the reason, why CFR Part 11 customers typically also have an non-CFR Part 11 account for use cases that are not related to CFR Part 11.
