Open Document in Docusign

I apologize for the inconvenience that this might cause you, I know the importance of having the correct font displayed as needed in the envelope; I understand that you want to know if there is a way to have an "open" document or folder in DocuSign where documents can live until they are completely signed and initialed.

To clarify, are you trying to have an envelope that is always open for when in your case a new set of rules is implemented in the company process where users can go and sign it each time a new update is posted?
