Hello,

I work for a non-profit organization who provide social housing.

We recently adopted DocuSign, and I’m unable to workout the best workflow for our scenario.
Our housing assistants will meet a prospective tenant at a property, and if they are happy, we require they sign various agreements, which I have now created in DocuSign. My struggle here is that we cannot rely on the tenant to bring any type of signing equipment (mobile or laptop), so is there a scenario where the envelope can be sent to the assistant, and have the tenant and assistant sign the document on his/her company device, which has mobile broadband etc?

Hello @SteveP,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

We have a feature called In Person Signing; In Person Signing is a feature in Docusign that allows a host to facilitate a signing session with signers who are physically present. The host initiates the signing session and guides the signers through the process. In person signers who use the sender as the host can see all documents, and document visibility restrictions cannot be applied in this case.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.
