i believe this is regarding PDF level .but we only have workaround and no complete fix from DocuSign.
On the PDF the signature shows black or with Dark backround , which makes the Signature unable to show .it is like complete black .

This is displaying incorrectly because the uploaded PDF format is currently not supported in DocuSign.
