I am not receiving any new documents for signatory. I have checked email address on account and that which the suppliers are using? I do not even receive an email to notify me. Can anyone advise on this?

Are you expecting envelopes to be signed because someone sent them for your eSignature?
Also, if someone has sent envelopes to you, check your SPAM folder in your email client.

Hi,
Yes i am expecting a contract to be sent that i will do an esignature on.
I have this issue with multiple suppliers.
I do not get an email and when i log into the docusign system (mobile and web) nothing shows on my inbox.
Suppliers confirmed my email is correct.
Nothing showing in any of my email (including junk) folders.

Your user's email notification settings are managed in My Preferences>Notifications.

If the affected users have enabled the setting. but are not getting the emails, the most common root cause of this behavior would be a custom rule either in your email inbox or within your email domain that is suppressing the email or moving it to a specific folder.
