Hi, why is the attachment field not appearing in my standard field in DocuSign?

Let me understand the scenario: 

  • Have you used it before in your account? Or it’s the first time?
  • Do you know what’s your current DocuSign account plan?

If you had access before to the Attachment field, but now it’s now showing up anymore, there are at least two possible reasons for that:

  1. Your Administrator has unselected the Attachment Field option in the Settings page.
  2. Your account plan has been changed.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Please check in the DocuSign eSignature Settings, if the checkbox for “Enable signer attachment field” is ticked or the field will not be available when you create an envelope.
