Hi,
I am trying to sign a document and only my first name is appearing instead of the my full signature. I am also not receiving the option to add a custom signature when I am at the signing portion of the document.
I would greatly appreciate the help.

Question: Are you the sender of the envelope? Or someone sent to you the envelope? Do you have a DocuSign account?
I asked because if you are not the sender so you can ask them to double-check if they use the corrects fields and if they are making available or not the option to select a signature style.
