Hi,

I am missing the “needs to view” option where you can choose “needs to sign” or “recieves a copy” is located. How can I get the “needs to view” option?

Kind regards

Jenny

Hello Alexandre, is this feature limited to certain accounts?

I may be missing something here but maybe it is the admin that has access to the settings page as I don’t seem to have a settings page.

Hello @Jenlon and @Justin Jiang ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

I understand you where looking for the needs to view option as it was missing from your list.

You are correct, only the admin would be able to enable the feature as they have access to the Settings tab, if you haven’t done it yet, I recommend you contact your admin: Recipient Roles

And to answer your question @Justin Jiang, no, this feature should be included however it could be disabled by mistake in the backend in the cases the admin can not enable it:Compare eSignature plans & pricing

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
