Do you have an account now? If yes, confirm if there is any signatures saved within it, if there isn’t ask the sender to correct the envelope and change something on it (like adding a middle name initial). They can either correct it back to the previous name or leave it as is to see if the envelope can go to your new account.
If you do not have an account try changing the signature as shown in the following article, if that does not work, please contact support to have any recipient account closed: How do I change my signature or adopt a custom signature?
