I have sent two documents to different clients and when they get them one or more of the signature blocks are missing.  This causes a delay as I have to resend the documents more than once.

I have double-checked the signature blocks before I send them - is there a way to prevent this.

Are you using any template to send the envelopes? If so, does this happen when using a specific template?
